Revealing her stomach and wearing a mesh crop top, the actress paired the top along with balloon pants and puma sneakers.
Bella has been known to wear racy outfits, but this is definitely an interesting one to meet up with a friend.

But who could her friend have been? After her Cannes Festival stint with Scott Disick, she’s been seen hanging out with former beau Gregg Sulkin.
Just recently she’s also admitted that she’s very unhappy, so at least she’s making an effort to spend time with friends.
