Still Married: Ben Affleck And Jennifer Garner's Divorce Case May Get Dismissed

Estranged couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been warned by the Los Angeles Superior Court that their divorce case may be thrown out if the two don't take the next step to file and enter the final judgment proceedings. This news was first reported by The Blast so keep reading to hear all the details.
The couple announced their separation in June 2015 and have been dragging their feet in making it official.
The court explained to the two that “If they fail to take the appropriate steps in their case, the court may dismiss their case for delay in prosecution.”
This news is the next in a string events after Jennifer and Ben called off their divorce last year for a brief time.

The Daredevil actors have split amicably and have spent their time together successfully co-parenting their three kids, Violet, 12, and Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6.
Ben was living in the couple's guesthouse in their Los Angeles mansion but moved out to his own abode when he started dating Lindsey Shookus in 2017.
