The wedding ring may be back, but Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner continue to hint at trouble in paradise. The actor was spotted out and about with his daughter in Santa Monica on June 4 amid reports that his marriage is over.
Walking hand-in-hand with his oldest daughter Violet couldn’t put a smile on the Batman star’s face, as he continued to look worse for wear since news broke that he’s living a separate life from his wife.
As Ben spent time with his 9-year-old, Jen was in Canada filming for her upcoming flick Nine Lives.
During the day out, Ben was spotted wearing his wedding ring. He was photographed without it in April, one day before his wife’s birthday. The Gone Girl star even missed out on his wife’s special day and on Mother’s Day.

The couple was photographed together for the first time in a month on May 28. OK! magazine reported that the parents of three are planning to divorce before their 10-year wedding anniversary on June 29.

According to RadarOnline.com, Ben has already consulted divorce attorneys. “Ben and his team have definitely been engaging divorce attorneys,” an insider told the website. “He’s positioning for a divorce.”
