If Ben Affleck is mourning the end of his marriage to Jennifer Garner, he isn’t showing it! The newly single actor was all smiles when he delivered a laugh out loud speech to introduce Icon Award recipient Derek Jeter at the ESPYs only weeks after announcing his split from his wife of 10 years.

What divorce? Sporting his wedding ring, a dapper suit, coiffed hair using Matrix StyleLink Products and a smile, the die-hard Boston Red Sox fan quipped his way through the speech. “If you’re from Boston you always wanted to hate our next honoree,” he said of the retired baseball player. "There was something about him that made the boos ring a little hollow. Maybe it was his inimitable class, maybe it was he won with dignity and lost with grace, maybe it was simply that we knew, no matter what, he was a winner regardless."

The father of three even revealed that he has a broken heart during the speech, but it isn't his soon-to-be ex-wife's fault! “He broke my heart a hundred times, if not more,” he said of Derek. “He broke it again when he retired because he was absolutely one of the very best to ever play the game of baseball.”

Once the former New York Yankees shortstop hit the stage, he thanked the Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice star for his kind words. “I know it pained him to say every one of those words,” he said. “So thank you very much!”
