Bethenny Frankel has revealed she is not taking on-again/off-again boyfriend Dennis Shields’ death well. The Real Housewives of New York City star admitted the grief is beginning to take a physical toll on her body. Read on for the latest.
In a picture posted to her Instagram, the RHONY star donned a frilly floral printed dress while holding up a “LOVE” figure. She appropriately captioned the snap, “All you need is love.”
Under the picture, a fan noticed Bethenny’s shrinking frame and was quick to comment on how thin the reality star has gotten.
Bethenny didn’t attempt to sugarcoat her response at all. She wrote, “death will do that to a person. #griefdiet I don't recommend it.”

Earlier this week, the 47-year-old admitted she was attempting to work through her grief by throwing herself into Hurricane Florence relief efforts.
However, she also acknowledged that ignoring her emotions won't solve anything. She said, “I’m trying to not get too immersed and not avoid the grieving process and feeling. I am going through an emotional storm and must go through and not around it.”
As OK! readers know, Dennis was found dead after a suspected overdose in his Trump Tower apartment back on August 10.
