Bethenny Frankel has begun her relief mission in North Carolina to help those affected by Hurricane Florence. She and members of her #bstrong organization recently touched down in the southern state in her private jet, ready with supplies and food for survivors. Read on for more details.
"Today we started our relief efforts in North Carolina," the Real Housewives of New York star wrote on Instagram. "We brought pet supplies & food, hygiene products, toys, medical supplies, solar lights & cash cards."
"Although the hurricane was downgraded, this has been a water disaster as the storm surge has flooded to catastrophic proportions," she continued. "The death toll is at 37 & the hurricane is likely to amount to several billions in damage."
She then thanked everyone who had donated to her cause, directing followers to a link in her bio if they wanted to get involved.
The Skinnygirl founder is pushing through despite suffering an "emotional storm" of grief after the sudden passing of her on-again/off-again boyfriend Dennis Shields.
Bethenny started the #bstrong foundation after using her private jet to deliver supplies to survivors of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in Puerto Rico.
