Bethenny Frankel’s legal woes with her husband Jason Hoppy may never end! After a divorce case that took three years to settle, RadarOnline.com reported the former couple are back and facing a judge over allegations that Jason stalked his ex-wife earlier this year.
As OK! readers know, Jason was arrested on January 27 for reportedly stalking and harassing Bethenny. The Real Housewives of New York star claimed her ex showed up at their six-year-old daughter Bryn’s school and yelled at her.
“I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned,” shouted Jason, according to an NYPD spokeswoman. He was arrested that day and charged with harassment in the first degree and stalking in the fourth degree, Page Six reported.

Jason has reportedly been harassing Bethenny and her boyfriend Dennis Shields since last year through emails and hundreds of FaceTime calls. Page Six even revealed that Bethenny sent her ex a cease and desist letter.
But despite his high profile arrest and the accusations against him, Jason refused to accept a plea deal in court on Monday morning. The deal required Jason to plead guilty to a violation, but he and his lawyer Alex Spiro would not accept the offer.
Are you surprised Jason wouldn’t take the plea deal? Do you think he’s innocent? Let us know in the comments!
