Bey and JAY-Z closed down an entire floor of the hospital when she gave birth at L.A.'s Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. The twins were born premature and are being treated for jaundice, but soon they'll finally be able to go home with mom and dad.

The twins' big sis Blue Ivy is reportedly very happy to take on her new role. "She is so excited to have two siblings!" a source told Us Weekly.

And Beyoncé will make sure the newcomers dress as good as she and Blue do. "She's been loving shopping for the babies," a source said. "Look for lots of matching outfits!" Oh, we will.
