Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z have had a complex marriage plagued by cheating scandal. Prior to their current reconciliation and subsequent On The Run II Tour, they were each touring for their own with albums to discuss Jay’s infidelity. Beyonce’s latest Instagram posts show off a re-inked wedding tattoo after fans speculated she had it removed.
When the musical couple was married in 2008 they got Roman numeral IVs tattooed on their ring fingers that represented their lucky number, their birth dates and wedding day.
Beyonce's fourth album was also called 4 and Jay's most recent solo album about his marriage and failures as a husband was called 4:44. The roman numeral IV was also the inspiration for their first child Blue Ivy’s name.
After a series of cheating scandals and public scrutiny the couple looked to be heading towards divorce. In 2014 and 2015, the singer attended many awards shows where she simply covered up the ink due to the uncertainty of their relationship.

Fans noticed after the infamous fight between Solange Knowles and Jay in the elevator in 2014 that Beyonce’s tattoo looked to have been removed while others speculated it had just faded overtime. Finger tattoos are notoriously quick faders.
Despite their tumultuous scandal, the couple appears stronger than ever. They released an album together called Everything Is Love. The rapper spoke to CNN's Van Jones earlier this year and said, “The best apology is changed behavior.”
In the mother of three’s latest series of Instagram posts, she shows off the ink which looks noticeably much darker, and fans believed she has re-inked now that the couple is solid.
