Chyna’s BFF and Boss Nails star Paige Addison crashed Chyna's white BMW in L.A., back in November 2015, and now they're both being sued for the damages!

While Chyna wasn't in the car at the time of the accident, she and Addison claim that the victims, Zohar Mizrahi and Michaela Mesica, are the ones responsible for the wreck!

Court documents claim that Mizrahi and Mesica “were negligent in the way they owned, operated and entrusted their vehicle and were negligent for failing to utilize available safety equipment." This negligence "proximately caused and contributed to plaintiffs’ injuries and damages, if any, thereby barring or reducing plaintiffs’ right to recover."

Because Addison "failed to immediately stop" and give her information at the scene of the accident, she's being charged with a felony for the hit-and-run, in addition to driving without a valid license and “reckless driving on a highway causing bodily injury.” She faces up to five years probation, and is due back in court for a progress report in May.

Do you think Blac Chyna and Paige are responsible? Sound off in the comments!
