Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have finally reached an agreement when it comes to the custody of their 10-month-old daughter, Dream. According to Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, “Rob has agreed to peacefully co-parent Dream with her, as she has been requesting all along,” she told Us Weekly in a statement. Lisa also noted that Rob does not currently have “more than 50 percent custody” of the child. As OK! readers know, Chyna, 29, and Rob’s, 30, relationship went from bad to worse in July, when Rob posted naked photos of Chyna on Instagram and accused her of cheating and using drugs. However, it looks like the pair is finally trying to work things out for the sake of their daughter. Click through for more details on Chyna and Rob’s custody agreement.
In addition to the decision to “peacefully co-parent,” Chyna’s lawyer revealed, "Because Rob agreed to continue to stay away from Chyna and not contact her, Chyna has agreed to take the domestic abuse hearing scheduled for Monday, September 18 off the calendar."
After Rob’s Instagram rant in July, Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex, claiming on Snapchat that Rob “beat” her.
At the time, Rob’s lawyer Robert Shapiro explained that Rob’s Instagram posts were “a spontaneous reaction that he regrets” and that his “one concern is for the well-being” of Dream.
Despite dropping the domestic abuse hearing, Chyna’s lawyer did note, "She will always have the right to go back into court if further incidents of domestic abuse occur. This agreement does not resolve all disputes between Chyna and Rob.”

Chyna’s attorney also defended accusations that Chyna was a bad mother. "Like many working mothers, Chyna does sometimes leave her baby with a nanny while she goes to work,” Lisa explained to Us Weekly.
“Rob should stop defaming the mother of his child and instead should become accustomed himself to the concept of working for a living, something Chyna has always done before, during and after her relationship with him to support herself and her children,” Chyna’s lawyer added.
