Beyonce Has Really, Really Strict Rules For Blue Ivy’s Nannies And Staff

Beyonce and Jay Z have gotten the best of the best for Blue Ivy, including the equivalent of an Ivy League preschool for the tiny tot where she is dropped off daily by an entourage of security and caretakers. But a new book is revealing Bey’s parenting rules are much more strict than we could even imagine.

In a soon-to-be-released tell-all, author J. Randy Taraborrelli claims Beyonce has a large staff to care for her 3-year-old.

The former Destiny’s Child singer even has a secret nanny rule book that she requires be upheld for Blue’s personal staff, according to "Becoming Beyonce," out Oct. 27.

“The employees all follow a strict regiment as outlined in a work agreement entitled ‘Daily Program for Blue Ivy as per Mrs. Carter,’” the book read, according to RadarOnline.

The diva-in-training reportedly has up to three nannies at any given time watching her, in addition to personal chauffeurs.
