New details about Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon’s troubled relationship have been revealed after the lawsuit against him was updated following her death in July.
The amended document claims that only days before Brown was found unconscious in a bathtub on Jan. 31, Gordon attacked her in their home.
Witnesses said that Gordon hit Brown while she was sitting on the couple’s sofa. The witnesses added that the couch broke and she fell to the floor.
The suit adds that Gordon was “hitting her in the face until she was bloody” after she hit the floor.

The document details that Gordon then kicked Brown and eventually dragged her up the stairs by her hair. According to the document, the violent incident led to Brown’s tooth being “knocked out and blood was on the floor.”
The updated suit also claims that Brown and Gordon were involved in a fight the day that she was found unconscious in her home’s tub.
And along with the charges of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and taking money from her account into his own without authorization, Gordon is now also facing an added charge of wrongful death.
