Nick Gordon, her alleged husband and adopted son of her late mother Whitney Houston, is facing criminal charges in the wake of her death. According to reports, he is on suicide watch since her passing.

Gordon, 25, had a tumultuous relationship with Bobbi Kristina. He was present when she was found face down in a bath full of water on January 31.

The Fulton Country Medical Examiner’s Office announced there will be an autopsy performed on Bobbi Kristina. Because she was found unconscious six months ago, the interpretation of the autopsy could be challenging. The results, though, will hopefully address issues surrounding her “unresponsiveness and eventual death.”

In a statement, the authorities acknowledged the ongoing probe of Nick Gordon: “The Roswell Police Department continues its investigation into the circumstances preceding and surrounding the time of the original incident leading to her death.” The results of the autopsy will take several weeks and won’t be released to the public right away.
