Brad Pitt may be a world-renowned actor, but his career is the least of his concerns at the moment. The 52-year-old, who was essentially blindsided when Angelina Jolie announced she was filing for divorce, decided to skip his first public appearance since the shocking announcement.

Brad narrates a 40-minute IMAX version of Terrence Malick’s film Voyage of Time, and the premiere took place on Tuesday. But Brad was not in attendance.
