Not only are bodyguards essential to the safety of a worldwide pop superstar such as Britney Spears, but they are also very handy when said celebrities need an extra set of hands during a shopping trip! Brit had a bodyguard helping her out with some bags at the Westfield Mall after a little holiday shopping in Topanga Canyon, Calif. yesterday.
