On April 3, the singer headed to rehab for a 30-day stint in Los Angeles. At the time, she wrote on Instagram, "We all need to take time for a little me time.'”

Even as Britney’s conservator, Jaime has no authority to force his daughter into treatment without her consent — doing so could be considered illegal.
A source close to the “Toxic” singer claimed that after asking and failing to receive more freedom from her current conservatorship, she now wants to end the 11-year long legal arrangement.
The judge overseeing the case has reportedly ordered an expert to evaluate Britney’s mental health and well-being. A decision on the future of the conservatorship won’t be made until the results are returned.
