Britney Spears' mother, Lynne, filed court documents claiming that her daughter is in bad shape after being released from a wellness facility. A court hearing is set for Friday, May 10, to discuss the matter, but Lynne is pushing for an appearance on Wednesday instead. Lynne is demanding to see Britney's medical records and treatment plans, according to reports.
