Britney Spears Gets Her Child Custody Agreement With Kevin Federline Reduced To 30 Percent

Britney Spears andKevin Federline have reached a new custody agreement with their sons, during an emotional battle for the pop star as she handles her conservatorship case.
According to RadarOnline, Kevin, 41, will get Sean Preston and Jayden James 70 percent of the time, while Britney, 37, will have their sons for 30 percent.
In legal documents obtained from the Superior Court of Los Angeles, a Stipulation and Order Regarding Modification of Child Custody was initially filed on August 28.
Kevin and the “Circus” singer originally agreed upon 50/50 custody.

Court papers also stated that the parties “stipulate to early neutral settlement,” and Britney owes the former dancer $100K for fees and costs.
The new custody arrangement comes while Britney faces another legal battle. In May, the popstar accused her father of forcing her into rehab and asked courts to end the 11-year long conservatorship he has over her.
Britney and Kevin met in 2004, and got married in July that year. The “Stronger” songstress filed for divorce in November 2006 and cited irreconcilable differences.
