Britney Spears kept up with her habit of changing outfits Tuesday in Topanga, Calif. The pop princess entered the Topanga mall in a casual tank top and left wearing a new purchase — a flowy boho-chic blouse! Brit did keep on the same short-shorts and wedges she wore going in! Anyone notice something missing that the songstress usually totes around on her person? HINT: It's not boyfriend Jason Trawick.
