Britney Spears is ready to bring her life story to Hollywood, and the music icon isn’t settling for a small screen debut!

A source close to the star told OK! that Britney has previously turned down offers to make her life story into a movie since the pitches have typically focused on her “white-trash upbringing, breakdown and tumultuous marriages.”

However, Britney and her dad, Jamie Spears, have something else in mind for her story, the insider added.

They are hoping to make the project more appealing for the Oscars crowd!
