Vicki Gunvalson is having a lovely start to 2016 now that a judge has awarded her a major amount of money from her troubled ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers!
RadarOnline.com reports that Gunvalson recently received a $132,000 settlement in connection to a lawsuit she was facing over a deal for her Vicki’s Vodka line she entered with Ayers and their business partner Robert Williamson.
Gunvalson was first sued by Williamson over his claims that she breached their agreement for the line when she failed to promote the brand, causing the businesses to suffer.
Williamson also accused Gunvalson of selling 16.67 percent of the business to Ayers without his knowledge. Ayers then sold his percentage of the company back to Williamson. And after that sale, he claimed that Guvalson requested that their ownership in the company be once again split at 50/50.

In the suit, Williamson accused the duo of fraud. “Upon information and belief, it was the intent of Brooks and Vicki to lure Williamson into the purchase of Brooks interest without the good faith intent to move forward with the company and make it successful,” a portion of the suit read.WATCH: Kenya Moore Confronts Her Mother As She Attempts To Bring Her Family Back Together In RHOA Clip
Ayers then filed a counter-claim against Williamson, his wife, and Williamson’s alleged mistress, saying that they had all defamed him and attempted to get Gunvalson to leave him. The trio denied Ayers’ claims. But in June, a judge dismissed the case against Ayers, saying that adequate proof had not been provided in the case. However, Gunvalson wasn’t as lucky, seeing that her case wasn’t dismissed along with her ex’s.
Ayers then filed a motion requesting that Williamson pay his court fees for the legal battle. A judge granted the motion and awarded the judgement in December. However, it was Gunvalson who ended up benefitting from the ruling, with the judge ordering that the money for the court fees be paid to Gunvalson! “Pursuant to an agreement between Defendant VICTORIA L. GUNVALSON and Defendant DAVID BROOKS AYERS, the Judgement has been assigned to Defendant, VICTORIA L. GUNVALSON,” the judgment read. What do you think about the judgment that was awarded to Vicki?
