Sources close to the television star tell OK! that the Kardashian-Jenner patriarch will be documenting his reported transition from a man to a women on national television.
The insider added that the deal is still under wraps, and the show will follow Jenner as he completes his sex change.

Jenner’s looks have changed greatly over the past couple years, with the former athlete adopting a longer hairstyle, rocking shiny manicures and even piercing his ears. He also appears to have undergone lip injections and enhanced his chest in recent images.
“Bruce’s transformation has been a long time coming,” said the insider. “The entire family has known for some time. He’s never felt comfortable in his body and has just been waiting for the right time to move forward.” But there is one person who isn’t fully supporting the new Bruce -- his ex-wife, Kris Jenner! “She refuses to believe that he will go all the way with becoming a woman, but at this point there is nothing holding him back,” the source says.
