Responsible Mommy! Gwen Stefani is just one month into her pregnancy and seems to be doing everything just right. The 46-year-old singer was spotted arriving to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Cali. on Feb. 22.

Gwen looked extremely nervous walking into the hospital and made a conscious effort to keep her hand over her mid-waist area and away from the cameras!

Rumors have been swirling that Gwen is expecting twins with her new country boyfriend Blake Shelton!

“It’s a little unexpected” a source told OK! Magazine. “but given that they both adore children, they’re up for the challenge.”

Since Gwen already has three sons, she’d love for the twins to be girls, however, Blake is rooting for boys! “But truthfully, they’d be happy either way. They just want healthy kids," the source continued.
