Cole DeBoer stopped at nothing to give his girlfriend Chelsea Houska a happy birthday – even if that meant breaking the bank! The Teen Mom 2 star turned to Instagram to show off the amazing presents she received from her beau on her 24th birthday!
“Thank you for the gifts and cake @coledeboer,” Chelsea captioned a snap of her presents. “You make everything so special and perfect. Excited for the year ahead!” Her swoon-worthy boyfriend not only got her a sweet cake, but he also gifted her with a Louis Vuitton bag. Lucky!

Chelsea and Cole took their relationship to the next level by moving in together at the end of July. They celebrated their one-year-anniversary earlier this month. Could a proposal be Chelsea’s 25th birthday present?
Chelsea also took to social media to thank her fans. “Thank you for all the birthday wishes! 23 was good to me, I’m excited to see what 24 will bring,” she wrote.
