“Thank you for the gifts and cake @coledeboer,” Chelsea captioned a snap of her presents. “You make everything so special and perfect. Excited for the year ahead!” Her swoon-worthy boyfriend not only got her a sweet cake, but he also gifted her with a Louis Vuitton bag. Lucky!

Chelsea and Cole took their relationship to the next level by moving in together at the end of July. They celebrated their one-year-anniversary earlier this month. Could a proposal be Chelsea’s 25th birthday present?
