Amber Portwood’s weight has fluctuated over the years. But the TMOG star recently revealed that she lost 36 pounds. “36 lbs down and 15 more to go… almost my goal,” she wrote on Twitter. But Amber didn’t opt for a waist trainer like her co-stars. “Cut out bad carbs like sugar and cut down on pasta to start… also try not to eat trans fats," she revealed.
