Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer are serious relationship goals! The Teen Mom 2 fan favorite couple celebrated their wedding anniversary with the sweetest posts on Instagram.
Chelsea and Cole had a lot to celebrate! The reality television stars celebrated their wedding anniversary and posted two beautiful photos for their followers.
"Happy anniversary to the love of my life. You make me feel loved everyday. I am beyond grateful for you. Kiss you a MILLION times. ? @coledeboer," she captioned a stunning photo of the two from their wedding reception. In Chelsea's photo, the couple were eating their wedding cake with smiles on their faces!
Cole also penned a beautiful message for his wife...so get the tissues ready!
"My beautiful wife! You make me feel loved. You make me feel confident. You make me feel accomplished. You support me for being me. You love me and I Love you! @chelseahouska i feel very lucky to call you my wife and look forward to Infinite amazing and happy years together! Happy Anniversary I love you!" he wrote. In his photo, Cole is down on one knee proposing to Chelsea.

Chelsea and Cole tied the knot on October 1, 2016. In an extremely private ceremony, they exchanged vows surrounded by a few friends and their family. The ceremony was not featured on Teen Mom 2, but they shared some beautiful photos for their fans! As fans may remember, she was pregnant with their son, Watson Cole, at the time.
One year later, in October 2017, the two celebrated their wedding reception with more of their friends and family. They partied the night away celebrating their nuptials and the MTV cameras were invited in to capture it all!
Chelsea and Cole welcomed their son, Watson Cole, in January 2017. They welcomed their second child together, Layne Ettie, in August 2018. Chelsea shares her daughter, Aubree Skye, with her ex, Adam Lind.
