Chelsea Houska Makes A Heartbreaking Confession About Her Battle With Anxiety

Chelsea Houska is very open about her battle with anxiety. In a sneak peek for the Teen Mom 2 reunion, the fan favorite made a heartbreaking confession.
Nessa asked Chelsea what stuck out to her from this past season and she replied, "My anxiety."
She started to say, "Like I can't explain..."
She continued, "Whatever you see, you know on TV, and whatever you see when I show up somewhere, there's so much more that has happened to get me even, here."
Dr. Drew replied, "But it's treatable and it gets better?" Chelsea said, "Yes!"
As seen on the show, Chelsea has been very open about her battle with anxiety.

On the previous season, Chelsea experienced one of her first severe panic attack and was rushed to the emergency room.
"It was so bad and so scary and whatever I thought a panic attack was, I must have been so wrong," Chelsea said on a previous episode. "I literally thought I was having a stroke or something." She explained that she thought she was "dying" because she isn't one to go to the hospital.
After that, the mother of three has been learning how to handle her anxiety.
As seen on the current season, Chelsea experienced an anxiety attack before the launch of her clothing line with a local boutique.
While driving, Chelsea used a meditation tape to help calm her down before her big event.
