Jenelle Evans was welcomed home from St. Thomas with a visit from Child Protective Services! CPS met with the Teen Mom 2 star regarding concerns over her 1-year-old son Kaiser’s safety.
“CPS went by and met Jenelle and her boyfriend David Eason after they got back from vacation,” a source told RadarOnline. “It happened on Tuesday.”
Jenelle’s ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith called CPS and the police when Jenelle, 24, was in St. Thomas with her new boyfriend because she didn’t inform her baby daddy that she would be travelling out of the country.
Because Jenelle wasn’t home at the time of the first visit, CPS made a follow-up visit, which went well.

“They saw Kaiser,” the insider revealed. “The CPS lady told Jenelle and David that she thinks everything is okay and that Kaiser is perfectly fine.”

While Nathan, 27, “really bothers,” the Teen Mom 2 star, she isn’t going to let him get to her! The source added, “He tried to ruin her trip, but it didn’t work!”
