Julie Chrisley has recently revealed that until like most people, she made changes to her diet and food routine back in January AND she stuck with them! Read on for all the details on her weight loss and to find out what big lifestyle changes she’s made.
The reality star credits a huge part of her successful weight loss to using Nutrisystem. She's already lost 20 pounds! “I figured out the foods that were the best fit for me, and I started just doing the breakfasts and the snacks and then I added in my lunch,” she explained in an interview with People.
She continued, “Then I do have dinner with my family at night. I just modify that and make better choices.”
The 45-year-old admitted that while she does still indulge in foods like burritos and fudge bars, it’s all about portion control.
“Overeating used to be a struggle, no matter what I was eating. Now I don’t have to think about it,” she confessed.
The breast cancer survivor also shared, “If we’re being completely honest, everyone can say it’s not about the weight per se, or how you look, but I’m a 45-year-old woman. Dropping some weight makes me feel better about myself because I know that I look better, and I’m being more healthy. It’s just good all the way around.”
