A source dished to OKMagazine.com exclusively that because the 34-year-old bounced back into shape so quickly after giving birth to her second child, she promised herself she will never gain an ounce.

“She put on a defiant face when she was at her heaviest, but everyone knew she was really suffering,” the insider told OK! “She’s made a promise to herself to never let herself get out of shape like again.”

Of course, her weight gain was because she gave birth to baby girl Summer Rain on August 16.

“She feels so happy right now and is busy planning her wedding to Matt, but she’s still losing weight and wants to get down to a size zero."

The source added that she has every intention of winning over The Voice fans and “retaking her crown as queen judge back from Gwen Stefani.”

In addition to taking back her hosting duties for season 8, she’s also working on new album and producing a TV series for ABC Family. “It’s definitely not easy juggling work and motherhood, as being a parent is a full-time job within itself,” she recently told People. “You just have to make it work for you.”
