Ciara slayed at the 2019 American Music Awards! The “Level Up” singer sported nine different outfits throughout the night as she hosted and performed during the November 24 show. Not only did she change looks, but she also switched up her hair for each outfit.
Ciara, 34, graced the red carpet in a risky open royal blue oversized blazer and matching bell-bottom pants designed by Balmain. The singer accessorized with a statement turquoise tribal necklace. For the red carpet look, Ciara styled her hair with long soft waves.
The “Level Up” singer descended onto the stage in a hoop earring swing for her opening number. She rocked a glittery gold bomber jacket and mini shorts by Bryan Hearns, Nike sneakers, and gold hoop earrings. Her hair was slicked back into a high pony with a long braid.
Ciara performed her new single “Melanin” on the stage ahead of her hosting duties. She brought Ester Dean and La La Anthony with her on stage!
The mom-of-two interviewed her children, Sienna and Future, after her performance to see how she did. They both responded, “Good!”

The AMA host later wowed in a mini leopard print dress with puffed sleeves and a long cape designed by Ashi Studio couture. Ciara kept her hair slicked back in a high ponytail.
Ciara didn’t shy away from showing off her toned figure while she hosted. Midway through the award show, she changed into a sheer bedazzled silver dress and she accessorized with statement diamond earrings and several rings. The “Body Party” singer wore her hair in a sleek bun.
For her final look, Ciara wore a black jumpsuit with mesh panels and a corset bodice. The singer sported a sleek bob as her last hairstyle. She joined the stage with Shania Twain, who was the last performer of the evening, and Taylor Swift, who became the most decorated artist in AMA history.
Ciara’s hosting duties come just one year after she had an epic performance at the AMAs with Missy Elliot for her song “Level Up.” It was the first time she sang at an awards show since 2005.
