While the Duggar family of the now-cancelled series 19 Kids & Counting deals with backlash and Josh Duggar’s rehab stint, Jana Duggar, 25, has been busy taking care of the children.
The eldest girl of the household, who has been nicknamed “Cinderella Duggar” by fans for how often she is held responsible for the home and her siblings, has stayed occupied through the drama with her siblings and nieces and nephews.
At cousin Amy Duggar’s wedding on Sept. 6, Jana was seen holding a small child, presumably her disgraced brother Josh and Anna’s daughter, Meredith Grace.
While the rest of her family enjoyed the celebration, Jana was tasked with caring for the newborn as well as her younger brothers.

The family also posted photos of Jana babysitting her sister Jill Duggar Dillard’s son Israel, 4 months, while she and her husband Derick Dillard came back from mission work in El Salvador.

"So nice to have our sweet Dillards home for a visit,” the Duggar family wrote. “As you can see Israel has decided he loves Aunt Jana! He even got his first piano lesson!!!"
Fans of 19 Kids have pointed out that Jana has always been tasked with family duties but her “Cinderella” title extends even further back than we thought.
In an old photo posted for Josiah Duggar’s birthday, Jana is seen feeding her baby brother with a bottle back in 1996. “This #tbt shows how Jana always wanted to help Mom out!” Michelle Duggar captioned the Facebook photo.
A source told RadarOnline that Michelle and Jim Bob gave Jana the title of “mini-parent” for her siblings from a young age, which includes cooking, cleaning and babysitting when they are away. “She looks so tired and worn down sometimes. You can’t help but feel bad for her, having to take on all that responsibility at a young age,” the source said.
