Speaking to Confidential, Simpson said the pair are in a “great” place. “We have an honest relationship and it’s better than ever now,” he said.
The cute couple has dated on-and-off for the past year. But Simpson said their time apart helped them better understand themselves before entering into a relationship again.

“I think younger couples need time to do their own thing and explore what they need in their life,” he said.
Simpson also praised his favorite lady for keeping him in check whenever he gets out of line!
“I enjoy being with her because she makes me a better guy. She checks me when I slip up," he said. "I’m pretty laid back but if I do anything wrong she is the first to tell me.”
Following their split in May after close to one year of dating, the pair ignited rumors they had reconciled when they were spotted talking outside a party in November. Later that month, Hadid confirmed to Us that the couple had indeed rekindled their romance. “I’m back together with Cody. It’s great. He is such a great guy,” she said.
