Common has a Grammy and an Oscar, so it should come as no surprise that he could also pull off some unusual attire on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Read on to see the pics!
The multi-hyphenate star truly is a jack of all trades, as he once again proved during his latest sit-down with Jimmy Fallon on Friday.
Common hit up the couch on the late night show with all kinds of swag as he wore a red suit sprinkled with wild black designs all over it.
Someone else—maybe someone who hasn’t slayed on both the big screen and on the stage—may have not been able to pull this off, but he totally did. He even paired it with some awesome sneakers to make it look extra cool.

Though his fashion definitely was attention-grabbing, the 46-year-old was there to promote his upcoming drama, The Hate U Give, in which he stars alongside Amandla Stenberg.
Based on Angie Thomas’ YA novel of the same, the movie follows the aftermath of a black teenage girl (Amandla) who witnesses the murder of her friend by a white police officer. She has to decide whether she will stand up for injustice or stay silent.
