Jana Duggar is finally responding to rumors she’s dating Lawson Bates! The Counting On star took to Instagram to reveal the truth about her relationship with the Bringing Up Bates star.

Jana, 29, shared photos of herself enjoying National Cheese Day on Instagram. The eldest Duggar daughter smiled before a plate of macaroni and cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich.
Lawson, 26, who fans think would be a great match for Jana, commented on the post with three smiling emojis. Fans jumped on his comment and suggested he and Jana start courting!
“I’m not much into matchmaking but I’ve always thought you two would be so cute together! Just my opinion,” one fan wrote.
“@lawbates what a woman scoop her up Lawson. What a man @janamduggar let him scoop u up,” another fan joked.
When a follower wrote, “I heard you and Jana are a thing,” Jana decided to finally jump into the commentary. “No we’re not a thing,” she replied, along with a smiley face emoji.
At 29, Jana is the eldest unmarried Duggar. Her twin brother John-David wed in November 2018, and her four younger sisters are all married with children.
Lawson may be a good match for Jana. He, too, has 18 siblings, is a conservative Christian, and stars on a reality TV show.
