Despite already being in the doghouse with wife Victoria for turning on the charm with his loyal flock of ladies, the 41-year-old soccer icon can’t seem to help itself when it comes to his flirtatious fans.
"Victoria understands that girls like to chat to David, but she still hates it when these kinds of pictures come out — and the timing couldn't have been worse,” a source told Heat about the sticky situation.

“Just when she was upset about David having to spend time away from the family, she's confronted with images of a young woman giggling with him, leading people to speculate," the insider revealed.
And looks like David is back to his old ways. The sports heartthrob showed off his pearly whites while chatting up a hot young mom that was standing in line behind him during a recent smoothie run.
