The Will & Grace actress met up with other celebs at the party, like Alec Baldwin, Billy Crystal and Michelle Williams, at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City.
Jazz, 18, rocked a dark burgundy sheer lace maxi dress and bright makeup.

The transgender activist announced earlier this week that she was accepted into Harvard University. She wrote on Instagram, "#Harvard2023.
