Demi Lovato has got no time for the haters! She responded to a troll who fat-shamed her on Instagram and she clapped back in the classiest way.
The Instagram follower, named "@selenuer," who has since deleted their account, posted a paparazzi shot of Demi, 26, leaving the gym.
The social media user captioned the photo, "Hey Demi dm me so we can discuss a diet plan for you.”
The "Cool for the Summer" singer replied, "I actually am choosing not to diet and fall back into unhealthy behaviors at the risk of losing my sanity or mental health but thank you for the offer! Super sweet ?.”
The Disney Channel alum has been open in the past about her body image issues and how she learned self love.
She recently showed off her new tattoo that is a subtle reminder to "put herself first."

In March 2019, the "Sober" songstress spoke of body positivity when a headline claimed that she "appears to have a fuller figure.”
She wrote on her Instagram story at the time, "I am more than my weight. Unlike the past, I’m not triggered, I’m not upset that someone wrote a headline about my ‘fuller figure.’ I’m angry that people think it’s OK to write headlines about people’s body shapes.”
Demi has also been open with her fight with anorexia and bulimia. Growing up in the spotlight led her to have issues with her body and she ultimately entered a treatment facility at 18 years old.
