Demi Lovato is looking back at what she calls "mistakes" on what would've been her seventh anniversary of her sobriety on Friday, March 15. Read on for all the details.
The "Cool For The Summer" singer posted a set of Instagram stories related to the matter.
“Today I would’ve been 7 years sober,” Demi wrote. “I don’t regret going out because I needed to make those mistakes but I must never forget that’s exactly what they were: mistakes.”
Demi showed off her 12 Steps App exactly one year ago on March 15, 2018, which kept track of her sobriety by years, months, days and even hours. It displayed she’d been sober for six years.

Things took a turn for the worse four months later when she was hospitalized for an overdose on July 24, 2018.
She appears to have bounced back since her horrific incident. Demi celebrated six months of sobriety back in January with a prominent new tattoo.
Things are still on the up and up for her, according to an Entertainment Tonight insider who recently claimed that she's “committed to her sobriety” following her overdose.
