Dec. 13 2017, Updated 3:23 p.m. ET
Looks like Jill Duggar finally addressed her husband Derick Dillard’s mental state following his multiple transphobic Twitter rants and subsequent firing from their family’s reality show, Counting On.
Jill shared this picture of Derick to her Instagram, with the caption: “My sweet hubby @derickdillard #livingontheedge eating some raw #cookiedough #lol”
While her caption seemed to be in good fun, it comes amidst rumors that the couple has turned away from the Duggars’ strict rules.
As OK! readers’ know, Derick was fired from Counting On following his multiple Twitter attacks against the trans community and specifically trans star Jazz Jennings.

While the Duggars have yet to address Derick’s firing, Jill was spotted in pants for the first time, just days after her hubby was given the boot, sparking family feud rumors. As Duggar fans know, the women in the family adhere to a strict dress code of knee-length skirts and dresses only (no pants unless under a dress or skirt). So, Jill’s decision to wear jeans was seen as rebellion.
Most recently, the mom-of-two took her rebellion to the next level when she debuted a nose piercing.
