While The Bachelorette’s Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray have ended their 5-month engagement, Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried have taken their relationship to the next level! The cute couple tied the knot on January 18th in Palos Verdes, Calif.

“They were so excited to get married. They didn’t want to wait another day,” a source told E! News. “When Chris first saw Des walking down the aisle he was amazed at how beautiful she was. The ceremony was very emotional and sweet. They kept it very short and they walked out holding hands and kissing.”

The couple got engaged in May 2013, but viewers watched Chris propose to the fashion designer during the show’s August finale. Desiree moved to Seattle to live with her beau soon after the engagement.

The duo hasn’t kept their anticipation for the big day a secret! Chris tweeted on Thursday, “So excited for the big day! @DesHartsock and I can’t wait to share with everyone! #countdown #9days #hopingforsun.”
