Drake, who recently revealed he has a son named Adonis, was in father figure mode on Monday when he COMPLETELY shocked 11-year-old Sonia Sanchez, a heart transplant patient, in a Chicago hospital. Read on for the latest.
Nicki Minaj may not be Drake’s biggest fan right now, but Sonia definitely was because she could barely control her excitement when he casually walked into her hospital room at Lurie's Children Hospital of Chicago on Monday.
In the moment, all captured on video and posted on the hospital’s Instagram, Sonia literally SCREAMED when she set her eyes on Drake because he was one of the two things she wished for — a visit from him and a new heart.
She squealed louder when he said, “You asked me to come, I’m here” before he asked her for a hug, which she eagerly jumped out of bed and gave him.

The “In My Feelings” rapper also documented the precious moment on his own Instagram page, where he uploaded an adorable selfie with Sonia and captioned it, “Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball???.”
Before he left, Drake told Sonia, “I'm so happy I got to see you,” to which she excitedly responded, “I'm so happy you came!” Awww!
