When it comes to Saturday or Sunday brunch, it’s likely safe to say that everyone has heard of Chicken and Waffles as one of the menu options. But what about Crispy Lobster and Waffles? Not so likely. But it’s about to be!

Red Lobster announced on Monday that they are adding that unique mix to their elaborate menu — and they’ll be making it with the same batter they use for their Cheddar Bay biscuits, which are a customer favorite.

Try and stop the drool, as a rep told People that the entrée includes “a crispy, buttermilk-battered and fried Maine lobster tail and finished off with a drizzle of maple syrup.” Count us in!

The tasty meal will be added to the menu on Monday, March 26, as part of their Lobsterfest, which promises the most “mouth-watering lobster dishes of the year.”

And if you're in New York, you can even order Red Lobster right to your door, although the waffles and lobster are unfortunately not a part of that particular deal.
