#Pregnancygoals: Have abs while pregnant like Elisabetta Canalis does. The Italian actress slash model is clearly having a model pregnancy as she showed off her baby bump (and mini abs!) in a bikini while vacationing in Sardinia, Italy.
George Clooney's ex-girlfriend, who is now expecting her first child with her surgeon husband Brian Perri, splashed around in the Mediterranean while on vacay with some relatives.
Elisabetta announced her pregnancy back in May, a few weeks later revealing that she and her husband are going to have a daughter. "I am so excited to share this moment with you guys," she wrote on Instagram at the time. "My husband and I will have a little girl and I couldn't be happier. She will be the boss and we can't wait to see her."

Elisabetta and Brian got married in September of 2014 in Italy, which, coincidentally, is when Elisabetta's ex George got hitched to his now-wife, Amal Alamuddin.
George and Elisabetta dated for almost two years before breaking up in June of 2011. She infamously said that the much-older George seemed more "like a father figure" to her than a boyfriend. Ew.
