Eva, who is an ambassador for the Global Gift Foundation, wowed in a stunning strapless bronze sparkler. She showed off her subtle makeup by wearing her hair pulled back. As OK! readers know, the new mama hasn't let motherhood slow her down when it comes to work.
Ricky didn't look too shabby either. The 'Livin La Vida Loca' singer wore a white tuxedo jacket, black tuxedo pants and a tan that'll leave plenty of people jealous.

These two are very familiar to giving back. Last year, they teamed up with the Global Gift Foundation to raise money for the island of Puerto Rico after it was struck by both Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
While raising money is a serious business, these stars had to have a little fun too. They got playful on the red carpet and showed off their strong friendship before heading inside for the evening's festivities.
