Could another Teen Mom OG baby be on the way? Fans think one of the five TMOG stars is pregnant after seeing a suspicious pic on Instagram!
Cheyenne posted a boomerang of the ladies toasting their margaritas. But eagle-eyed fans noticed one TMOG wasn’t holding a drink!
Instead, it looked like the anonymous OG was holding a water with lemon—and they suspected a pregnancy was the reason!

After some careful inspection, fans began speculating it was none other than Catelynn holding the beverage. “Cate is the one holding the ice water. Based off the other pictures- her nail color is a match,” one fan wrote on Reddit. “Cate. Look at her nails in this and then the picture of all of them together on the street,” another fan agreed.
As TMOG fans know, Catelynn and her husband Tyler Baltierra are eager for another child, but the MTV star suffered a devastating miscarriage late last year that resulted in her going to rehab. Fans were already growing suspicious last month that Cate was on the verge of announcing she was pregnant with her “rainbow baby.”
