“Every neighbor of mine was adopted and they also did foster care,” the 24-year-old told OKMagazine.com during an interview to promote the new season of TMOG. “I grew up around that. I’m very passionate.”
But Abraham isn’t the only one excited about the adoption, as her 6-year-old daughter Sophia is ready to be a big sister! “Sophia is in the right frame of mind and is very supportive as well,” Abraham said. “She is very open and accepting to understanding that someone else had other parents, and we would be their second parent and be a loving family to them.”
Abraham believes the bundle of joy will join the family in 2016! “We’re going through the process of approval,” she revealed. “I’m very excited to adopt.”
