French Montana Sued After His German Shepard Allegedly Attacked A Man

On Friday, August 9, news broke of French Montana being sued after his dog allegedly attacked a man that was installing security cameras at his Calabasas home in August 2017.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Daniel Banuelos claimed the 34-year-old's dog, Zane, "violently attacked and viciously" bit him.

The documents state that the canine was "vicious" and Daniel alleged that the "Unforgettable" rapper was well aware of the dog's behavior.

Daniel claimed that French had the animal for "guarding the premise," and "encouraged the dog's aggressive and vicious nature in order to make the dog a greater risk and threat to intruders."

The surveillance employee also claimed that he has permanent scarring and missed time from work as a result of the alleged attack.

In addition to his physically injuries, he also explained he now has "severe and permanent mental, emotional and psychological injuries."

Daniel is suing the "No Stylist" rapper for negligence and wants to collect damages from him over the incident.

It is unclear whether or not the Morocco native still owns the German Shepard but he does often share Instagram posts of his new fluffy pup, Champ.
