‘Game Of Thrones’s Tom Hopper Shares Pic Of First Skin-To-Skin Contact With Newborn Daughter

Tom Hopper is one proud dad! The Game of Thrones actor's wife Laura recently welcomed their second child, a baby girl, and Tom was lucky enough to experience skin-to-skin contact with his newborn daughter right after she was born. He captured the moment in a sweet photo, which he shared on Instagram.

“I feel like the luckiest guy on earth,” Tom captioned this selfie with his newborn child. “There is no feeling like the skin on skin I’ve had with our beautiful children after their births. An immediate and unique bonding process that is the most beautiful of moments to experience as a parent.”
“Their hearts beating next to yours for the first time, and your body warmth keeping them comfortable and secure,” he continued. “A true blessing to be able to give and it’s nature at its finest.”

“I feel so lucky to have had this experience with both our babies straight after they were born. Memories that I will treasure forever,” he finished. Tom played Dickon Tarley on GoT. He has also been on the Starz show Black Sails and was recently in the Amy Schumer film I Feel Pretty.
Tom also shared a photo with his son, Freddie, 3, and wife Laura sitting on the bed beside each other as Laura breastfed their daughter, whom they named Truly Rose.
“So my amazing wife @laurahopperhops gave birth to our second beautiful child. Welcome to the world, our baby daughter, Truly Rose Hopper. Weighing 8lb 1oz. Family bed times just got even more cozy,” Tom captioned the sweet photo.
